Google Chrome for Business is a web browser designed for organizations that require standardized, secure and easy browser deployment and management. The user’s IT admin can configure and customize or even update Chrome for the company’s specific security policies. With Google Chrome, a company can also deploy modern HTML5 with cloud computing applications.
Google Drive allows one to store all files so that one could access them anywhere and anytime. It also allows sharing of the files so that working on them with someone else becomes easier. Google Drive is a part of Google Apps for Business suite and thus, offers 24/7 support with centralized managed tools. With Google Drive, the IT administrators can purchase new storage capacities in bulk for more user, easily apply storage quotas, shift or remove storage quotas and create default storage level.
Google Apps has provided new and innovative ways for businesses to get their productivity tasks done, all from within the cloud. When many of us think of the cloud we think of secured data with built in redundancy. Although google does offer these kind of features, they’re not immediately imbedded in to the basic Google Apps package. If you want full data backups and redundancy available you’re going to have to invest in an additional product to get it. The good news is that there are plenty of options out there, and the cost is just a fraction of what you would spend on similar technologies outside of the cloud.

Highly successful Google Apps pilot programs often face a very common issue of needing to swap a primary domain in Google Apps. A Google Apps test domain is set up and the test group's usage organically grows to the point that the entire company is already using Gmail by forwarding as well as Drive and Calendar. But you can't swap a Primary and Secondary domain in Google Apps. It just can't be done. We have an easy solution which just may be right for your company.

Organizational units in Google Apps can simplify administrating a large number of users and devices. You can use Organizational Units to group users and devices and provision services based on Organizational membership. For instance you may want to restrict Hangouts and Google+ to specific users.
A Google Apps super Administrator can choose to assign additional admin roles to other users in a Google Apps domain. Reasons for granting other users Admin privileges include having a backup, sharing the workload or breaking up responsibilities based on company departments other than just IT.
