This page describes our general payment policy for new customers.  

Accepted methods of payment:

  • Credit Card (American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, JCB)
  • Check / Money Order
  • Cash On Delivery

Credit Card Charges:

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded the appropriate amount.

Services and Licensing Payment Policy:

All Service Fees and License Fees will be payable upon receipt of an invoice, except for as mutually agreed in a written Statement of Work or other Contract.


Late Payment Policy:

All Late Payments:  If we have not received your payment within 48 hours of issuance of the invoice date, or as agreed upon in writing, the invoice becomes past due. Coolhead Tech will issue a late fee of $25.00 or 6% (whichever is greater), or as agreed upon in writing, of the total due on the invoice. The minimum late payment fee is $25.00, or as agreed upon in writing.  This Policy is to defray the costs associated with collecting late payments.

Late payments (3rd occurrence in a 12-month period):  We will require pre-payment for all orders, services and licensing for a six-month period, or as agreed upon in writing.

Non-payment:  A refusal to pay Coolhead Tech, or not responding to e-mail communications, Coolhead Tech will make every effort to collect the debt.  Coolhead Tech will seek all costs incurred associated with collecting debts, including but not limited to agency fees, attorneys’ fees and court costs, or as agreed upon in writing.
