Summer Program in Google Apps Brings Texas Businesses, Students and Cloud Tech Together

Students in Texas planning to attend college in the Austin area are invited to apply for a paid summer internship as a Google Apps Administrator. For the fourth year in a row Coolhead Tech will teach and train local college students in Google Apps Administration.  A selected student receives a scholarship for Apps Admin classes and a weekly stipend for Google Apps work-study with local businesses.   Successful students are invited to work throughout the fall semester and take the Google Apps Certified Administrator Exam offered by Google.

Google Apps Tip: How to Auto-Sort Incoming Gmail

Gmail Filters are a great way to automatically manage recurring types of messages. For example, if you always label messages from a certain person so they stand out in your Inbox, you can have a filter automatically apply the label for you. If you want all messages containing people’s TPS reports to skip your inbox and go directly to a Status Report label, a filter can do that, too.
